Life before this...

I wouldn't give up these two little buggers for the world - but there are a few things I do miss about being kid-free:

*When I could wake up and be out the door in 15 minutes
*Typing with both hands (you probably don't want to know that most blog updates are done while nursing)
*A clean house
*Choosing when I wanted to pull an "all-nighter"
*Taking long, luxurious showers
*When I thought Colic was a type of dog
*Getting in and out of a car in a matter of seconds
*Being able to hear myself think
*Less laundry
*Falling asleep with my hubby (Cosette likes to party from 11pm to 1am each night)
*Not having to worry about "Is she eating enough?","Is she eating too much?", "How do I get her to take a bottle?", "How do I get her off the bottle?", "Is she getting sick?" , "Is she getting a tooth?", "How do I get her to sleep at night?" , "How do I get myself to sleep at night?" , "Should I let her cry?" , "Should I feed her?" , "Should I call the the doctor?" , ETC...

Oh how it would be fun to be a kid again!! But just like you I wouldn't change it for anything! I love the post about Paisley trying to get you with the hose!! that looks like so much fun! I am jealous that it is that warm there while we are still snowed in here!

Amen! I remember thinking I would never complain and never wish for life without kids again, after trying for a year to get pregnant with Kambree. I just figured if I could get pregnant, then I would ALWAYS appreciate my children and never wish for a moment without them. Oh, how kids change things! I echo what you said; while I wouldn't give up my little buggers for anything, it is sometimes hard to not miss the good old days...
